Standard Delivery and Handling Charges

Shipping is based on the amount you spend and sometimes on the item itself if it is an oversized item, etc.

Once you have placed you order your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER will be charged for items and appropriate shipping and handling charges. All items will be sent USPS priority mail. An email will be sent with your order confirmation and tracking number. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 buisness days unless personalizing is ordered and then the item will be mailed within one week.

We currently ship within the U.S.A. to verified addresses. No P.O. Boxes please

Return Policy

Our goal and policy is to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchse, Lilywind Kids will return/exchange any item* within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Refunds minus shipping charges, will be issued toward the credit card the purchase was made on.

All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.Please enclose a copy of you original invoice.
